This is the website of NTMscope, a research project that investigates infections caused by non-tuberculous mycobacteria (NTM).
We are based at the Mycobacterial Infection Research Unit (MIRU) at University Hospital Frankfurt and the Research Center Borstel, Germany.
We use a variety of epidemiological, clinical, microbiological and bioinformatic methods and aim primarily at elucidating the molecular epidemiology and resistance mechanisms in different NTM.
